Want to create a flawless finish to your cakes? Our ganache plates are a must have for all baking professionals and perfectionists!
To use, place one ganache plate underneath your cake and the the other on top, then using your preferred coating (buttercream, frosting, swiss meringue or ganache) apply a generous amount to the cake and spread using the guides to ensure a smooth, even finish - it really is that easy!
Once satisfied with your finish, remove the ganache plates and allow the cake to set. The plates can be hand washed in soapy water and used time & time again
The plates also pair well with our cake scrapers which can provide either a smpooth or textured finish to your cake. Be sure to check these out too along with our bakers bundles.
Made from high quality food grade 3mm acrylic, choose from the pastel or fuschia pink colours.
Large - Works with an 8 inch cake (20cm width)
Small - Works with a 6 inch cake (15cm)
