Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with the dried flowers you received, then please let us know within 14 working days of delivery. Just send us an email with your order number to hello@petalsandpampas.com and we will be in touch asap!

Please note that the buyer will be responsible for all return postal charges. When returning an item, it is recommended that you use a tracked service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. The Item/s remain your responsibility until they reach us. Flowers must be returned to us in their original box with the packaging wrapped as delivered and in perfect condition. Please note our bespoke bouquets are non-returnable as they are bespoke to you.
