Shipping policy

UK ORDERS

All order are shipped with royal mail second class, and should be with you within 2-7 business days from the dispatch date (dependent on royal mail delivery times at the time of order). Please note all orders are not tracked.

Standard delivery cost: Free

If you wish to upgrade to express delivery, this will be shipped royal mail first class, and should be with you 1-5 business days from the dispatch date (dependent on royal mail delivery times at the time of order).

Express delivery cost: £5.50

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All order are shipped with royal mail international standard and therefore are not tracked. Deliveries to the rest of the world can take anywhere from 5 days to 4 weeks depending on your location. 

Please note: if you notice that you’ve put in the wrong address, please contact us immediately and we can amend this on our side, however, once your order has shipped and you receive your dispatch email, we aren’t able to change this or refund you.
