Want to create a flawless finish to your cakes? Our cake guides and ganache plates are a must have for all baking professionals and perfectionists!
To use, place the guide on top of your rectangular cake, then using a knife cut around the guide, then using your preferred coating (buttercream, frosting, swiss meringue or ganache) apply a generous amount to the cake and spread using the guides to ensure a smooth, even finish - it really is that easy!
Once satisfied with your finish, remove the guide and allow the cake to set. The plates can be hand washed in soapy water and used time & time again

Made from high quality food grade 3mm acrylic, choose from the pastel or fuschia pink colours.
